The stand is tall enough to fit over the HP DesignJet 500/800 series, HP DesignJet T-series (excluding T7100), and Canon iPF 600/700/800 series. A larger machine like the HP 4000 series will not fit under the scanner. It will still work, but you will need to place the scanner next to the plotter or in another area. The scanner copy feature work through a network connection. As long at the scanner PC and Plotter are on the same network, you can make copies.
It will ship directly to you in a big box. Two people can easily put it together. You will need to supply a PC with a USB 2.0 port. The PC should be connected to the internet if possible.
After you put the stand together and attache the Touch Screen, connect your PC and make sure you internet connection is working. Then just give us a call. Our technicians will use GoToMeeting.com to remote access your computer and finish the software configuration.
